Sound:

1. Unplug and plug-in again the headphones into the headphone jack.

2. Use the internal speakers and microphone which should work with the volume raised.

3. Connect Bluetooth headphones if available (https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/2587653?hl=en).

4. Connect a USB headset if available.
